After you fill it out, we will process your information and email you a quote for the services you requested within 24 hours.

I accepted your estimate, now what?

After you accept our bid, you will receive a couple of welcome emails with the information you need to finish setting up your account. These emails include information about: - Your account portal - Adding your payment information to your account - Establishing your preferred method of communication If you do not receive the first email within 3 hours, please let us know.

What forms of payment do you accept?

To keep things simple for our bookkeeper (and hopefully for you too), we only accept credit and debit cards. The way it works is that we bill your card the Tuesday after your service has been performed. After your card has been billed, we will email you the paid invoice for your records. Also, it is worth mentioning that your card information is completely secure and we never actually see your credit information beside the last 4 digits. P.s. When will I be billed for my service?

We bill your credit card on file the Tuesday after your service has been performed. After your card has been billed, we will email you the paid invoice for your records the next day.
